Welcome to Lady Lux. Lady Lux is a retail brand operated by Happy Day Super Stores, a sole proprietorship. Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lady Lux.

However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions, product batches or manufacturer packaging updates.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Lady Lux reserves the right to verify, accept or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving stock availability, incorrect information, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent orders.

For Cash on Delivery orders, Lady Lux may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.

Please review your product, shade, quantity, delivery address and contact information carefully before completing your order.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

4. PRICES AND TAXES

Product prices displayed on the Lady Lux store are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices are inclusive of applicable GST/taxes.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately during checkout.

Prices, offers and promotions may change without prior notice. The applicable product price is normally the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Lady Lux currently delivers within India to serviceable locations.

Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, estimated delivery times and other delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact Lady Lux within 24 hours of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or tampered cosmetics, skincare, hair-care, perfumes and other personal-care products may not be eligible for return except where the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Approved damaged, defective or incorrect-product claims may be resolved by refund or replacement according to the customer's choice, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content belonging to Lady Lux, including our branding, store photographs, original graphics, text and other original material, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party brand names, product images, trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchases made from Lady Lux are transactions between the customer and Lady Lux; Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the online store.
