Lady Lux – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience with Lady Lux. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Lady Lux within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the product and the issue. We may request additional information where necessary to verify the claim.

Once the claim is approved, you may choose either:

• A replacement of the product, subject to availability; or
• A refund for the affected product.

If a replacement is selected but the product is unavailable, a refund will be offered.

Cosmetics & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, hair-care, perfumes and other personal-care products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their original seal/packaging tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Jewellery & Accessories

Products should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where a return has been approved. Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or alteration may not be eligible.

Change of Mind

We do not normally accept returns or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, chooses an incorrect shade/colour, or no longer wants the product. Please review the product details and selected variant carefully before completing your order.

Refunds

Once an approved return or refund request has been processed, Lady Lux will notify you. Refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to obtain the necessary refund details.

Any applicable processing time after a refund is initiated may depend on the bank or payment provider.
