Lady Lux – Shipping Policy

Lady Lux currently delivers orders within India.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping: ₹49 per order
• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are received and, where applicable, confirmed by Lady Lux. Orders placed on holidays or non-working days may be processed on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is currently available for eligible orders. Please keep the order amount ready at the time of delivery.

Lady Lux may contact you using the phone number or WhatsApp number provided with your order to confirm a COD order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be shared after the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact Lady Lux within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
